A DLL for Windows 3.1/95+ for painting Device Independant Bitmaps

This pack contains a C callable API and C++ classes to handle DIB graphics. Using this dll allows you to display a DIB correctly in any colour mode.

Version 1.2 has now been modified to compile for use within your 16 bit and 32 bit programs.

The pack includes basic sample MDI application which paints the background of it's client window with a BMP tile. Similar techniques can be used to paint the background of child windows and dialog boxes with ease.
